How to get access to the report database?
Contact us at info@mockit.pl. After establishing initial contact, we will create an employer account for you with access to an anonymized report database containing basic information about the candidate.
What information does an interview report contain?
The report has a fixed structure consisting of the following sections checked during each interview:
- General impressions
- Experience and projects
- Technical skills
- Problem solving
- Communication
