Scheduling a mock technical interview
To schedule a mock technical interview, start by filling out the form. Choose a day that suits you, a convenient time, your preferred technology, level of expertise, and language of the interview. If you have any additional wishes regarding technology or other aspects, please input them in the comment box – this will help us match you with the right recruiter.
Preparing for the interview
Before the interview, make sure that your camera and sound are working correctly. Then, ensure that your programming environment in the selected technology is ready and that you have a stable internet connection.
During the interview
During the interview, our recruiter will ask you questions that often come up during real technical interviews in IT companies. Given that in a real interview, not only the solution but also the process leading up to it is evaluated, you can expect a full analysis of the performed task in the feedback after the interview.
After the interview
After the interview, we will provide you with detailed feedback. This will include an analysis of your answers and solutions, along with observations and potential suggestions. Additionally, you can receive a recording of the interview, allowing you to see how you come across to others. We provide a report with feedback in 48h from the end of the interview.
